{"id":4721,"date":"2025-03-13T10:51:30","date_gmt":"2025-03-13T15:51:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/faccusa.wpenginepowered.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=4721"},"modified":"2025-03-13T10:51:30","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T15:51:30","slug":"senior-field-service-engineer","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/faccusa.com\/en\/jobs\/senior-field-service-engineer\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Field Service Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer for one of our clients, a global industry leader in end of packaging lines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a hands-on technician and be the primary support to production in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing equipment downtime to ensure maximum output.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Production, Engineering and Project Management team to monitor equipment status and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive in addressing problems using the appropriate troubleshooting and repair techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully document all repairs and the appropriate adjustments made.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the equipment\u2019s performance and repair history and work with engineers to plan a preventative maintenance schedule as well as work on equipment upgrades as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Train operators and maintenance teams on new equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our Design department and Service department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge working with MS Office, Automation Software, Intranet.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of interpreting manuals and schematics in electricity and have some knowledge in mechanical alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with pneumatics actuators and cylinders.<\/li>\n<li>Basic usage of hand tools and the ability to use multimeters to trouble shoot equipment problems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot repair equipment timely under pressure situations.<\/li>\n<li>Results oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Team oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.
