The Recruiter will collaborate closely with talent manager to understand workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job description to onboarding (job description, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.<\/li>\n<li>Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates\u2019 qualifications and cultural fit.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all recruitment activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry or a similar skilled-trades environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction job roles, skills, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and trade-specific job boards.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2705 Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Health Savings Account (HSA) option<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 15 days of paid time off (PTO)<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 7 paid holidays<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Richard\u2019s Quarterly Bonus Program (effective after 90-day new hire waiting period)<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Company 401(k) matching contributions<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Parental leave policy<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Fully paid two-month sabbatical leave for employees who reach their 10-year<\/p>\n<p>anniversary<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Immediate access to mentorship, leadership development, and skills-based training<\/p>\n<p>programs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, a values-driven construction and general contracting firm focusing on projects that create meaningful, transformative change, is looking for a dynamic and passionate Recruiter.
